I have a few questions, of which might sound a bit silly but I like having my bases all covered.

Are black and white considered to be two of the three colors allowed to use? (This is perhaps the dumbest, but my experiences with printing presses have been annoying)

Am I allowed to watermark my image as I enter it, and then should I win (bit of a far stretch), could I remove it?

This is a toughy!!

Since it would seem the images are to be printed on a black background,

The winning Entry would need to be submitted as a .png file (transparent back ground)

As far as black is concerned, this is where I may lose some people and I am sorry for any confusion!

Say you have a dice you want to use. you would ONLY do the outline and the dots, excluding all black from the final submission (if won) in the .png file.

to submit for voting, feel free to use the black so others see it as it will be intended to be viewed!

If i am wrong on my assumption of the colors it is to be printed on, please correct me =) i don't mind =)

edited to add!

To be printed on any colored background always make sure you save a .png regardless if the entire image is a solid picture or several smaller items grouped together that has no background perse to view.

as when printing any color background you have, if going onto the same background color of say a t-shirt or other, may be different than the printers version of said color. so it could print badly with unwanted shadows and discolorations.

It will be fine to watermark your submission for the forum, then remove it should you win, yes.

Thank you that helps a lot. I was unsure of whether or not to do a .png or a jpg, as the prior is more friendly for decals I have found.

You're welcome! again dpi settings can be either 300 or 600 dpi for highest quality printing, anything lower than that is going to be distorted a bit and blurry on final print!

Yup ^.^ I prefer working with higher dpi settings anyway, makes room for more detail.
